College Gourmet – Thai Peanut Ramen


Bumble Bee Premium White Chicken Chunk in Water 5 oz

1/3 Cup of Ramen Broth

1/2 Cup of  Jif Crunchy Peanut Butter

3 Tablespoons of Thai Kitchen Coconut Milk 

3 Teaspoons of Curry

Supplies needed:



  1. Fill the ramen cooker to the fill line with water
  2. Add the seasoning packet and stir
  3. Add the ramen to the ramen cooker
  4. Microwave the ramen for 3 minutes or until tender
  5. Save 1/3 cup of ramen broth and discard the rest
  6. In a bowl mix the peanut butter and the save ramen broth
  7. Stir in the coconut milk (stir coconut milk before measuring) and curry (shake bottle before measure)
  8. Drain the chicken chunks and stir in with the cooked ramen noodles
  9. Add peanut sauce as desired to ramen and chicken mix
  10. Share with your friends
